Jodie is the welcoming face and trusted first point of contact for many of our clients at Kingsford Lawyers. As our Client Liaison Officer, she is passionate about helping people navigate what can often be some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Understanding that every client’s circumstances are unique, Jodie takes the time to listen, provide support, and ensure each person feels heard, understood, and connected with the right Senior Lawyer to achieve the best possible outcome.

With over twenty-two (22) years of experience in business, management, and client relations, Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine people-first approach to her role. Her ability to build meaningful relationships, combined with her compassionate nature and practical understanding of people and business, allows her to provide guidance and reassurance throughout every stage of a client’s journey.

Jodie prides herself on delivering exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and authenticity.
