Vivianna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law in Brazil (2021) in additional a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management. That background provided her with a strong knowledge across multiple areas of law, including Criminal Law, Civil Procedures, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Family Law. During her studies, she completed a 2-year judicial internship with the Criminal Execution Court (Open Regime Division) at the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT) in Brazil, in this role she assisted judges in hearings related to sentence progression, conditional release, and compliance matters, while also conducting legal research & drafting legal documents.

Following she moved to Australia, worked as Law clerk, where she gained experience within an Australia legal practice, managing legal files, preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, and assisting solicitors with estate planning and conveyancing matters. 

As a Paralegal at Kingsford Lawyers, Vivianna assists the Family Law team with a wide range of matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce applications, and court proceedings. Her experience within both the Brazilian and Australian legal systems has equipped her with a strong understanding of legal processes and client service.

Vivianna is dedicated to supporting clients throughout their legal journey and takes pride in contributing to positive outcomes for families. She is committed to her ongoing professional development and to delivering high-quality legal support as part of the Kingsford Lawyers team.

Vivianna enjoys maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. She love going to Pilates and the gym, spending time at the beach, enjoying BBQ with family and friends. Although she currently lives in Australia, She remains very close to her family in Brazil and stays in regular contact with them. Vivianna values meaningful relationships, quality time with loved ones and maintaining a positive work-life balance.
