She plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring the firm’s accounts are organised, compliant and running smoothly. From recording daily transactions and maintaining ledgers through platforms like MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks, to reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies, Josie ensures nothing is overlooked.

She manages accounts payable and receivable with efficiency and attention to detail – issuing invoices, monitoring payments and ensuring all financial obligations are met on time. Her expertise also extends to payroll processing, including calculating wages, managing PAYG deductions, superannuation and payroll tax, giving both the team and management peace of mind.

Through clear and accurate financial reporting – including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets – Josie helps provide the financial clarity that supports sound business decisions.
