In the interim of Orders being applied and sought by the Court, parents will continue to share equal shared parental responsibility and it is expected that parents continue to communicate about decision-making such as education, health, and any religious matter affecting the children, this however depends on if Domestic Violence is involved.

  • Time the children spend with each parent
  • Who is responsible for the day-to-day decisions for the children
  • Who is responsible for the long-term decision making
  • How medical decisions and communication are to occur
  • Interstate or overseas travel
  • Relocation
  • Children’s schooling
Binding Financial Agreements can also be terminated if the parties mutually agree to this, and a formal Termination Agreement but be entered into by the parties and obtain their own independent legal advice.
