Qian Long

Qian graduated from Bond University and has since gained experience and practices in the areas of Banking and Financing, Corporations Law, Insolvency, Debt Recovery, Contract Law and Family Law. She also has international tax law, international family law and human rights protection experience. Having had a full and diverse life experience both here in Australian and China, Qian offers her client’s solutions to problems, dedication to resolving their issues, compassion, all while providing a level of high-quality legal services and often volunteers her time as a solicitor to a number of community-based schemes who focus their attention on helping the most vulnerable people in our community.

Qian possess many skills in our firm and is constantly updating and broadening her knowledge, Qian often assists our senior lawyers across a range of matters such as; commercial litigation mortgage litigations including advising on loan agreement and deed of relief for default loan across multiple jurisdictions, as well as experience in acting for the defence in the Local Courts and acting and assisting for criminal defence and domestic violence applications and withdraws across all states Magistrates Courts.

Qian enjoys contract disputes and resolutions, and time manages herself across multiples matters relating to representing owner/builder in building contract disputes, and dealing with sale and acquisition of residential, commercial, and rural land, including subdivisions, developments, and off the plan transactions, and acting for business acquisition and business dissolution.

Prior to commencing her legal career, Qian worked as a television and radio presenter in China with an audience of over 25 million people, she also produced media content for both local governments and corporations.
