Before joining Kingsford Lawyers, Ernest practiced as a solicitor in South Africa for 15 years, specializing in Commercial Law, Debt Collection, and all aspects of Property Law. Prior to joining Kingsford Lawyers, Ernest was the founding partner of De La Querra Incorporated. His law firm offered tailored solutions to its clients’ as well as developing a unique, innovative and streamlined approach to property sales, property financing and conveyancing.  While in South Africa, Ernest, was honoured with several personal and professional accolades for his work within the Property Law and Real Estate markets.

Ernest has a broad range of legal knowledge including Corporate Law, Wills and Estates, Bankruptcy and Corporate Liquidations.

Ernest is married and has two daughters. He enjoys running, cycling, hot yoga and any outdoor activity. He has successfully completed seven Comrades Ultra Marathons, a Washie 100 miler and three Ironman South Africa events.
